Problem : The contractor had to build and deepen several seawater intake channels during the construction of a port and required a dredging pump with high solids productivity to deepen the dredged channels.

Solution : After consulting ACE, the client decided to purchase a hydraulic pump HY300B capable of producing slurry at 1200 m³/hr with agitators EXHY35. A high pressure water jet ring was also supplied to remove compacted materials. The equipment was powered by a diesel engine driven hydraulic power pack.

The client was able to achieve a high solids production with the supplied equipment at a distance of approximately 90 meters, thus enabling them to achieve the project deadlines.
