Qualified Engineers, trained Technicians and experienced Mechanics are the lifeline of ACE’s Service Department. It is precisely these dedicated individuals who ensure that our entire fleet of Rental Equipment is always kept in excellent working condition and running smoothly across the Arabian Gulf countries.
After all, we only get paid, when the equipment is working on site!
This knowledge and expertise gives our clients the confidence that all equipment supplied by ACE is in reliable hands. Moreover clients bring in their other machines for repair and maintenance work.
Our Senior Workshop Superintendent has been servicing petrol (gasoline) and diesel engines since the past 27 years. Having worked on Caterpillar, Cummins, Deutz, Hatz, Volvo and Kubota engines, to name a few, he can diagnose and attend to engine troubleshooting in a jiffy.
Our Senior Electrical/Electronics Technician has been 'in the circuit' and maintaining our Control Panels for the past 17 years. He has often decoded German and Italian wiring diagrams and in some cases, improvised them to suit our harsh Middle Eastern site conditions.
These longstanding employees, together with forty-four (44) experienced Machine Operators, attend to the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components fitted onboard our shotcrete robots, gunite machines, pneumatic screed conveyors, spray plaster machines, concrete pumps, grout plants, dredging pumps, remote controlled dredgers, amphibious excavators, and industrial vacuum systems.
With periodic factory visits and training programs being conducted by our principals and partners from Europe, Canada, and the United States, ACE Team Members are factory-trained with hands-on, shop floor experience at the production facilities. This exercise not only empowers our Engineers with the knowledge of assembling the equipment as per the manufacturer’s guidelines but also provides insight into critical components and their functions.
Often enough, we upgrade the equipment on engines and critical components, making them adaptable to Middle Eastern climatic conditions and site requirements, whilst bearing in mind the local OEM support available.
ACE invests in these factory training programs to execute periodic maintenance on its own Rental Fleet, as well as, offer professional after-sales support to its customers. ACE Team Members are therefore qualified and competent to conduct On-Site Training for its clients across the region.
